Warranty Terms

These Warranty Terms (“Warranty Terms”) apply to eligible physical products (“Product” or “Products”) sold under the Norvylume brand, operated by SAJL Venture AB, a company registered in Sweden (“Norvylume,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), exclusively through Amazon.com (US).
By registering your Product warranty on our Website or requesting service under this warranty, you agree to be bound by these Warranty Terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. What This Warranty Covers
We provide a limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship in the Product under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions below.
This warranty applies only to physical Products purchased new and unused from our official Amazon listings and does not extend to resold, refurbished, or secondhand Products.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is six (6) months, beginning on the date the Product was originally ordered by the customer on Amazon.com (“Order Date”).
You must complete warranty registration during this period for coverage to be valid.
3. Eligibility and Registration
To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must:

Purchase the Product from Amazon US through official listings;

Register your Product through the warranty registration form on our Website, accessible via the QR code provided in the packaging or at warranty registration;

Provide a valid email address during registration and agree to receive limited communications (e.g. warranty-related notices, product updates, offers);

Be able to provide a valid Amazon order number upon request for verification.
Failure to register may result in denial of warranty coverage, unless prohibited by applicable law.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper use;

Damage from accidents, fire, water, extreme temperatures, or unauthorized modifications;

Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading) that do not affect function;

Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions;

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers;

Loss, theft, or damage during shipping (Amazon handles delivery-related issues);
-
Any non-physical goods, services, or accessories not included with the original Product.

5. Remedies Under This Warranty
If we determine the Product has a covered defect within the warranty period, we may, at our sole discretion:

Provide a replacement Product (identical or equivalent); or

Provide partial or full compensation (e.g., refund or gift card), depending on circumstances.
We may require you to return the defective Product or provide photo/video evidence of the issue. In some cases, shipping costs may not be covered.

6. Right to Deny Warranty Claims
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims, in whole or in part, under any of the following circumstances:

The warranty period has expired;

The Product is not registered, or the registration is incomplete or invalid;

The order cannot be verified or matched to our Amazon sales records;

The damage or issue does not fall within the scope of this warranty;

Fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
Denial of a warranty claim will be communicated via the email address you provided during registration.
7. Consumer Rights Disclaimer
These Warranty Terms do not limit or replace any rights you may have under local consumer protection laws. If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, or United States, you may have specific legal rights related to defective products that apply in addition to or instead of this warranty.
For example, under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers are entitled to certain remedies within two years of purchase for faulty products. This warranty exists in addition to those rights.
8. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Ensure your Product is registered and within the 6-month coverage period.

Gather your Amazon order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or video evidence.

Email your claim to support@norvylume.com with the subject line: “Warranty Claim – Solar Squirrel Statue ”.

Await a response from our support team within 5–10 business days.
We may request additional information to verify your claim. Failure to respond or provide requested documentation may result in denial.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under this warranty shall be limited to the cost of the replacement Product or a refund not exceeding the original purchase price.
We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

Loss of use, income, profit, or data;

Any costs associated with removing or reinstalling Products;

Third-party claims.
10. Changes to These Warranty Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Warranty Terms at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting to our Website and will not apply retroactively to previously approved claims.
Please review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the warranty registration service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
